Conveyor Impact Beds
Conveyor impact beds and bars are installed under any impact zone, preventing belt sag and allowing for a smooth transition from the transfer point to the belt.
The bars are available in a range of sizes – 1200x50mm, 1200x70mm, 1500x50mm & 1500x70mm – Our impact bars consist of a sold rubber body with a low friction plastic surface bonded together under extreme heat and pressure. All our impact beds are designed with adjustable wings enabling ultimate adjustment where necessary. What’s more, our maintenance-friendly design enables easy access, with no lift of the conveyor belt required to replace the impact bars, unlike many impact beds on the market.
